The PT-50-6-D, The “BEAST”, is a commercial-grade sugarcane juice extractor that is in a class of its own. For starters, it is fed from the top instead of the side. Secondly, it has an unheard-of six rollers. It is like getting two juicers for the price of one. It is capable of extracting up to 1.1 gallons (4.1 liters) of juice from 10 pounds (4.6-kgs.) of cane per minute.
It is configured into a space-saving Juicer Stand and easy to roll around with its oversized soft rubber wheels plus it locks into place when you park it. Because of its shape and size, the PT-50-6-D can roll through or be set up in most doorways.
It has a large see-through window that gives instant access to the roller area and juice bin making cleaning a snap. The customers can easily see the juicing process which attracts sales and crowds. There is also an easily re-moveable micro-screen filter that makes sure you get good, clean juice all the time.
This commercial-grade Juicer is made from stainless steel inside and out. Even the frame! It has a trash bin that automatically collects the bagasse (crushed cane) making the work area clean and tidy. The large door allows for an employee locker and/or supplies (cups, napkins, etc.) storage.
The “BEAST” is 49″ H x 34″ W x 29″ D (124 x 86 x 74cm) and the weighs 285 pounds (130-kgs.) net and 375 pounds (170-kgs.) crated.
The 2-HP (1500W) electric motor in the PT-50-6-D can work with either 110 or 220 volts and 50 or 60 cycle electricity. Please specify which electricity you have at the time of order.
This rugged machine can extract juice from almost any size of sugarcane stalk without having to split the cane.
